I highly recommend our realtors Tyler Dick & Donna Ibottoson. We have been looking for land in the Maumelle area for a long time and Tyler found us 1.5 acres in our price range. He recently also found us the perfect house with some land. Donna found a house for my inlaws and it meets all of their needs/wants . They are friendly, professional, and they are constantly searching for the best real estate that meets customers criteria. I also like how they always keep us up to date through out the buying process .

Donna listens & does a great job of listing all aspects of your home before & during the sale process. This is the person you want to represent you, whether buying or selling. She is professional & can answer virtually any questions. She returns calls quickly.

We were relocating from Ohio to Arkansas and Donna guided us through the entire process. We were on a tight timeline and Donna drove us around to 10 different home over the weekend. She helped us make the offer and negotiate the final price on the home we wanted. I would certainly use her again. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help out with anything.

Relocating due to work we were new to AR. Donna immediately made us feel welcome and made it her priority to assist with our home search. We had one week to find, put an offer in, and try and secure a house. Donna took us to see 7 houses and by the later evening was sitting with us at Starbucks with the offer paperwork assisting us through the process. In the end the last house we look at, the first offer we put in, after a bit of negotitian the house was ours. And even after we drove back to OH to finish up affairs and gather the family, Donna made us feel like we were her number one client and stayed highly engaged through the closing process. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Donna again.

We first met Donna just by filling out an email query from a house we saw as we were driving. She responded nearly immediately by email, and began working for us to find a home that fit our needs. Even though she was a complete stranger, we met and quickly found friends and colleagues in common. Donna and her partner worked diligently and patiently to find the house we were looking for. It took lots of looking and searching and persevering on her part, but after about 5 months and two other offers we finally found our house. Throughout the search Donna provided honest and effective and straightforward feedback, which was helped us sort out our wish list and compromises. When it came to the contract and paperwork process, she was professional and efficient and clearly had our interests as her priority. As we prepared the "punch list" and worked out details we trusted her completely just because we had built a relationship with her. We were so impressed too with the way she and her partner kept in touch and made themselves available, even once in a total downpour and awful weather, knowing we had only that one day that week to look! Donna responded to my general request about selling my house. She was efficient and prompt and very helpful with the process. She provided a sales folder for me and prospective buyers. The house was listed on a Thursday and the first people came through on Friday. After a few more interested parties, the house sold in less than 2 weeks due to Donna's efforts and wide advertising. She worked very hard on my behalf and I was extremely pleased with the service she provided.
